These Terms of Use set out the rules for using the website https://maciejplichta.pl (the "Site"), operated by Maciej Plichta, based in Pruszcz Gdański, Poland.

  • User — any person using the Site
  • Services — fintech onboarding audits: behavioural, data and heuristic analysis of onboarding flows, audit reports, redesigned screens, and post-audit consulting

3. Scope of services

The Provider offers the following services:

  • Behavioural, data and heuristic analysis of onboarding flows
  • Audit reports (PDF) with redesigned, hi-fi screens of recommendations
  • Post-audit consulting to ensure recommended changes are implemented

4. Intellectual property

4.1 Site content

All content published on the Site, including text, graphics and images, is protected by copyright and is either owned by the Provider or used with the rights holders' consent.

4.2 Case studies

The case studies presented on the Site are the Provider's intellectual property or are presented with the relevant client's consent.

4.3 No copying

Copying, reproducing or distributing content from the Site without the Provider's written consent is prohibited.

5. Rules of use

By using the Site, the User agrees to:

  • use the Site in accordance with the law and good practice,
  • not infringe the rights of third parties,
  • not take any action that could disrupt the Site's functioning.

Calls can be booked through the Cal.com system available on the Site.

The detailed terms of cooperation are agreed individually with each client, depending on the specifics of the project.

7.1 Site availability

The Provider does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Site and is not liable for temporary unavailability resulting from maintenance work or technical causes.

7.2 External content

The Site may contain links to external websites. The Provider is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those websites.

7.3 Target outcomes

Any figures presented alongside case studies (e.g. drop-off rate reductions) are target outcomes — projected results of the proposed changes — and not measured or guaranteed results.

8. Changes to these Terms

The Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms of Use. Users will be informed of any changes through publication of the new terms on the Site.

9. Governing law and jurisdiction

Polish law applies to disputes arising from the use of the Site. Any disputes will be settled by the courts having jurisdiction over the Provider's registered seat.
